Extras Extras!

A Nike World Cup TV commercial is being filmed at The Den on Wednesday afternoon from 4pm, and the film company are looking for real fans to appear as extras.

You will need to be available from 4pm - 10pm and in return for your participation you will be provided with food and refreshments and paid £50. If you are interested email jobs@independ.net with your contact details and if possible a photo, or phone 0207-927-9400 quoting 'Millwall Extras'.

Watching football is not a crime!

Or is it? We can all recount tales of poor policing, poor treatment of football fans, and following the Lions to away matches we see it all too frequently. Sometimes this can result in being arrested, sometimes for the most trivial of alleged offences. This being the case we must KNOW OUR RIGHTS, know what to do and know what not to do.

Our rights are not straightforward however, and so to make things a bit easier Millwall Supporters Club, in association with the Football Supporters Federation, have produced a credit card sized card detailing what you need to know. They are designed to fit neatly in your wallet or handbag. These BUST CARDS are now available, and can be picked up from the blue bus on matchdays or from any MSC Committee member.

An Evening With...... Barry Kitchener

Fancy spending the evening in the company of a true Millwall Legend?

Mike Sulivan Events presents an Evening with Barry Kitchener at Sydenham Footsie Social Club on Thursday 18 February.

The evening kicks off at 8pm and as well as hearing from the legend himself, there will also be some great memorabilia to be won in a prize raffle.

Tickets cost £5 and can be purchased from The Footsie Social Club.

And the winner is......

We can now reveal that the winner of the vote to select Millwall's official home kit for our 125th anniversary season 2010/11, is Kit A.

Season Ticket Holders and MSC Members were give a week to email their votes in, choosing between two designs from our new kit manufacturers Macron, and it was a very close call.

Of the 543 valid votes cast, 300 went to Kit A, and 243 to Kit B.

We will shortly be conducting the prize draw from the 300 fans who voted for Kit A, to see which lucky person will be the recipient of the first shirt off the production line.

FA Youth Cup - Aston Villa v Millwall

Friday 12th February 2010 - Please note date change

Entry to Friday night's FA Youth Cup fifth round tie at Villa Park will be FREE.

And in a bid to get as many Lions fans supporting Scott Fitzgerald and his young charges as they aim to reach a quarter final tie at Fulham, we will be running official travel.

Coach tickets will cost £15 with a 2.30pm departure from The Den. Please contact Billy Neil in the travel office on 020 7740 0502 to book.
