Millwall Boss: Great for the fans who came to watch, but frustrating for us as a team

On how Chris Phillips felt the game went- “It’s great for the fans who came to watch, but frustrating for us as a team, as players and as staff in a game where we felt we deserved something out of, so it’s frustrating.”

On Evie Clarke’s performance - “It was fantastic and I’d have loved her to have got her third, got us something out of the game and got a hat-trick for herself.  I think that is the best performance we have seen from Evie this season.”

On the red card decision and Freya Bailes’ contribution to the game - “The red card [for Freya Bailes] I have no complaints about, the first tackle was a yellow card and it wasn’t intentional, it’s just late.  It’s unfortunate she was late on the second one and when you’re on a booking, you’re always running the risk and walking that tight-rope.  Having said that, I though Freya had a great game today, we identified Frida [Ayisi] as probably their most dangerous player and credit to Freya, I thought she kept her quiet.”
