The TeamCard Loyalty Scheme gives you, as a MFC TeamCard holder, the opportunity to collect TeamCard points at a variety of businesses: - at specific locations within the Den Stadium and online at teamcard.co.uk with over 400 well-known retailers.

You can then redeem these TeamCard points at MFC in the club shop and the ticket and membership office to cut the cost of supporting your club.

How does the MFC TeamCard Loyalty Scheme work?

Your MFC TeamCard allows you to collect TeamCard points at the various businesses listed below, at specific locations within The Den Stadium and online at www.teamcard.co.uk When purchasing goods and/or services in store at MFC retail partners, simply present your MFC TeamCard and your points will be added to your account. When purchasing goods and/or services online, TeamCard points will be added to your account after 30 days.You can check your TeamCard account and see your full points statement online by registering at www.teamcard.co.uk

Don't forget, when shopping online, always log in to your Teamcard account before doing any browsing. This will help to properly track your purchases and avoid technical challenges with online partners.

Your TeamCard points can be redeemed as full or part-payment for a range of goods and services at Millwall FC. TeamCard helps cut the cost of supporting the club and collecting TeamCard points also helps the club.

Where can I collect my TeamCard Points outside the Den Stadium?

We have agreed a number of offers with various partners where you can collect TeamCard points. You will find the latest TeamCard information in the Match day Programme, on www.millwallfc.co.uk and on www.teamcard.co.uk. Register now to start collecting.

Can I collect TeamCard Points in the Den Stadium?

Yes, you will be awarded 5 TeamCard points per pound spent for all purchases through the Club shop

How do I shop online and collect TeamCard points?

Simply visit www.teamcard.co.uk register your TeamCard with us and then click on the Online Partners button and shop with over 400 different online retailers (including play.com, hmv.co.uk, ebay.com and itunes.com).

Tabs along the left hand side of this page let you search for partners alphabetically or by category. Once you find a partner you want to shop with, simply click on their logo and you'll be directed to their points offer page. Click on the 'Take Me There' icon and proceed to shop with your selected partner. You won't be asked for your details again, and your points will be tracked in the background by TeamCard.

*NOTE- only purchases completed online are eligible to collect points. Some sites may offer a 'collect in store' option. If you choose to reserve online and collect in store, we cannot award points for that sale.

What is the value of a TeamCard Point?

Every point collected is equivalent in value to 1p. Therefore 100 TeamCard Points equals £1.00 for you to redeem on various products at Millwall Football Club.

Where can I redeem my TeamCard Points?

Millwall TeamCard points can be redeemed against the purchase of merchandise in the Millwall Football Club shop at the Den and against season tickets purchased at the Ticket Office

How do I redeem my TeamCard Points?

Simply present your MFC TeamCard when making a purchase at any of the above club locations. You will be issued with a receipt detailing the points redeemed on your purchase and the new balance of points on your card.

When redeeming TeamCard points, can points also be collected?

No. TeamCard points can only be awarded for purchases made using traditional methods of payment (e.g. cash, cheque, credit/debit card)

Is there an expiry date on my TeamCard Points?

Yes, points expire the January after the season finishes. For Example season 2007/8 cards, points will expire 1st of January 2009. Please note the TeamCard Points may not be transferred from an expired MFC TeamCard to a subsequent MFC TeamCard and points should therefore be redeemed before expiry.

What should I do if my TeamCard is lost or stolen?

Please call 0207 740 0507 immediately and report the loss or theft. Your card will then be cancelled and if found it will be useless. A replacement MFC TeamCard will then be issued for an administration fee of £5.00. Any points from your previous card that have not expired will be transferred to your new TeamCard.
