Lions Legend Series - Signed CDs

The new autobiography CD series now proudly includes autobiography sets with Barry Kitchener, Terry Hurlock, Bryan King and Brian Horne. Only 1000 sets are produced for each player each one coming with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity signed by each individual player.

These are available at £25 each via visiting the website www.60mins.tv or by phoning 0845 003 7465 quote MSC and receive a 20% discount. A donation is made to the everyman appeal for each CD sold

A collection of Millwall programme's from 1970 through to 1985, including Barry Kitchener's Testimonial in 1976 and the 1979 Youth Cup Final. Some (but not all) programme's have been marked to include changes and scorers.

Secured Parking Near the Den

A secured parking space is available in a underground carpark within a new block of flats (3 years old) known as Crown Place Apartments, Varco Road, South Bermondsey (Varco Road is the other side of Ilderton Road, no more than a 5 minute walk to the ground).

The buyers would have the remainder of a 125 year lease (122 ish), but the buyer needs to be aware there is a maintenance charge of £100.00 per year for the maintenance and upkeep of the parking area.

Access is via a automatic gate for which a remote control would be provided... an access fob for the pedestrian gate to the development can also be provided.

The asking price is £15,000 per space....... but like anything in this world it's negotiable.
