Past Events MSC Quiz Night - November 2011 Another good night was had by all at the MSC Quiz Night held at The Den. It was nice to see a few new faces amongst the participants testing themselves against Bob Asprey’s questions and we hope even more teams will get involved when we next hold this annual event early next season. It was fairly competitive around the middle of the table with lots of chopping and changing throughout the night. Come the eighth and final round, third place was secured by 'Here for the Lion Bars' with 194 points. 12 points ahead and taking the runners-up slot was 'Jew Boys Hill', with the winners - who amassed an impressive 215 points - being 'Number 30 is a breach of copyright'. The winning team comprised Neil Andrews, Paula Bone, Dave Berry and Don Bone. It’s not the first time these guys have won the trophy! Thanks to everyone who took part and all the staff who helped make it another fun night. Below are the full results.

Help fellow fan's - Playtex MoonWalk Yes I am mad and yes this is my third Playtex Moonwalk. A 26.2 mile power walk around the streets of London and yes you've guessed it...In my bra. I don’t think I will ever learn! This year it will be held on Saturday 15th May 2010 12 midnight smack in the middle of play off dates (hopefully we wont be in them) so if you are about it would be great to see fellow lions and lionesses on route. Training has been great fun so far, walking up to 4 times a week in some crazy weather. I am currently up to 16 miles and only have two more long distance walks before I can relax for two weeks. I am aiming to beat my time of 6 and half hours that I done last year. In fact last year I was very surprised at my time as I was looking to finish in 7 hours. So this year it will be hard to beat but I will give it a good go. I am walking on behalf of everyone who has lost or who has been touched by this cancer.
