The Committee
The MSC Committee is elected by Members to represent the interests of our supporters and liaise with the Club on a regular basis.
The Committee must contain at least 3 members and a maximum of 13. After a period of one year's service, seven of the thirteen committee seats will become available for re-election by the membership at the AGM.
The MSC Chairman is elected by the committee and must have a minimum of twelve months service. The committee also elect a Secretary and a Treasurer. See Committee Members for more details.
If the post of any member should fall vacant during a term the serving committee shall have the power to fill the vacancy until the succeeding AGM.
The Committee meets on a monthly basis and the meetings will be minuted by the secretary (or other committee member). Each meeting must be attended by a quorum of 50% of the then standing committee members.
